Terms of use

Last updated 24 September 2026

These terms cover blogbuddy, operated by Average Joe Technology OÜ (registry code 17309776, VAT EE102895812), Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia. blogbuddy is an invite-only control plane for hosted blogs. There is no public signup and no public price list.

Accounts

You use blogbuddy only with an account we invite, or the bootstrap super administrator. A free account may own two blogs. A paid account may own as many as we set for that account. Keep your password to yourself. We may suspend an account that is misused or that we can no longer support.

What you get

From the control plane you can request a blog on WordPress, Ghost, Drupal, Joomla, or a static site, at an address of the form https://<slug>.blogbuddy.io. The engine and slug are fixed once the blog exists. We do not send product email: invites and passwords are handed over outside the product.

Acceptable use

Do not use a blog or the control plane to break the law, attack other systems, or host content you have no right to publish. You are responsible for what you publish on a blog we host for you.

Paid agreements

Access is by invite. If we later agree a fee in writing, that agreement controls the price. A consumer in the EU may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless the service has already been fully performed with your prior express consent. Contact [email protected].

Liability

The service is provided as available. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes go to the Harju County Court, Estonia, without limiting a consumer’s right to bring a claim in their home court.

How we process personal data is in the Privacy policy.
